This blend is one Stephanie dreamed up while on her honeymoon, as she drank many herbal teas. It is relaxing, without being sedative: a perfectly grounding cup to sigh into. Top notes are of rose hips, hibiscus, and lemonbalm, carefully balanced with chamomile, lavender, and mint. It might sound like an odd combo, but truly, it is orchestral in nature!
All packages are measured by dry weight. A 1 oz package will yield approximately 8-10 8 oz servings.
Steeping Instructions:
Steep 1 teaspoon in 8 oz of boiled water for 7 minutes. Add your favorite sweetener if desired.
